Cllr Gordon Mitchell
Warren Barn, Church Lane, Gawsworth, SK11 9QY | firstname.lastname@example.org
Gordon was co-opted in July 2020 and is a new resident of Gawsworth having moved to the village in March. Gordon said he has been made to feel very welcome by the residents he has met since moving in, the enforced lockdown due to COVID-19 has meant he have worked from home constantly for a sustained period and as a result spent more time enjoying the peace, tranquillity and beauty of Gawsworth so would like to take the opportunity to give back to the community he lives within.
Cllr Margaret Parry
Oak Lyn, Dark Lane, SK11 9QZ | 01625 619 272| email@example.com
Margaret was co-opted in January 2019 with the intention of giving something back to the community where she has lived so long. Margaret strives to ensure that when this community has a strong opinion concerning a local issue, their voice is heard and the outcome is dealt with as democratically as is possible.
Margaret believes there is a need for the representation of the farming community, which has been lacking in the last couple of years and something she was born into and have gained a deal of knowledge over the years. Margaret would like to make the villagers more aware of the Parish Council, of its roll in the community and how it can help them.
