Ken Nicol and Wendy Ross Live

Ken and Wendy will be live on stage at Gawsworth Scout Hall, on Friday 1st November, in a concert to raise funds for The Gawsworth Hub.

Ken, whose pedigree includes spells with Steeleye Span, Al Stewart and The Albion Band, is considered one of the UK’s top guitarists. 

Wendy, was classically trained and experienced a wide spectrum of musical genres working with touring bands and philharmonic orchestras before joining Magna Carta.

Acoustic Magazine said: “The musicianship is staggering, seldom are the compositions less than inspired.”

Living Tradition wrote: “Rollercoasters of musical virtuosity that spellbind.”

And legendary folk artist Ralph McTell said to expect: “Humour, great guitar skill and the right drop of humility, and a passion for right, proper, good music.”
